Ingredients For easy pork chop casserole

  • 6
    boneless pork chops
  • 4
    russet potatoes, washed and sliced thin
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 can
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy pork chop casserole

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking pan with non stick spray.

    Layer sliced potatoes and onions in the bottom of the pan. Top with pork chops.

    Mix soup, milk and all seasonings together and pour over pork chops. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
