Ingredients For pork chop casserole

6-8pork chops, center cut
-
1medium onion
-
6medium red or gold potatoes
-
2 cancampbell's creamy chicken mushroom soup

butter
-
salt and pepper
How To Make pork chop casserole

1Tenderize the pork chops and place in large baking dish. Slice the onion, separate into rings and place on top of chops. Quarter the potatoes (with skin on) and place them on and around the pork chops.

2Top the pork chops with dabs of butter and add salt and pepper to taste.

3In another bowl mix both cans of soup with 3/4 can of water and pour over entire dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
