6pork chops, boneless

3 crice, instant

3 cbeef consomme

1large onion
-
1large tomato

1 tspsalt and pepper

2 Tbspolive oil

2 tspthyme, dried
How To Make pork chop casserole

1Put olive oil in frying pan and heat until hot , salt and pepper pork chops with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in the hot oil , just to brown.

2While chops are browning , place rice in the bottom of a 13x9x2 baking pan.Pour beef consomme over rice, Place browned pork chops on top add 1 slice onion and 1 slice tomato to top of each pork chop. Sprinkle top of casserole lightly with dried thyme.

3Bake in an 350 degree oven for 1 hour . remove from oven and serve.
