Ingredients For pork casserole

1 can(16 oz.) peas
-
1 can(16 oz.) whole kernel corn
-
1 Tbspshortening
-
1/2 cchopped onion
-
1 cdiced celery
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 cwater
-
4 ccubed or ground pork
-
1 pkg(6 oz) med. noodles
-
1 cancrm. of mushroom soup
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspthyme
-
1/2 cgrated american or cheddar cheese
How To Make pork casserole

1Drain peas and corn, reserving liquid. Brown pork in shortening. Add onions. celery, salt, water and reserved liquid.

2Simmer until meat is done.

3Cook and drain noodles.

4Add soup, pepper, thyme, peas, corn and cheese.

5Combine noodle and pork mixtures. Pour into lightly greased casserole. Top with Durkees onion rings.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or till bubbly.
