    spinach, frozen
  • 1 pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 2 c
    cooked rice

How To Make pork and spinach casserloe

  • 1
    cube the pork and brown with olive oil or your favorite spray

    thaw spinach and layer in baking dish. layer spinach, pork, cheese, spinach, pork, spinach, cheese. You could also use other types of cheeses!

    bake @ 375, for 30 minutes to finish coking pork and melting cheese, the top should be slightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes! enjoy!!
