Ingredients For pork and asparagus stir fry

2 tsppeanut oil

1 lbasparagus trimmed stalks peeled cut into 2 inch pieces

8 ozground pork

1 bunchscallions chopped white and dark green parts separated

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspgrated ginger
-
2 Tbspeach shaoxing wine and brown sugar

3 Tbspsoy sauce

1/2 tspsesame oil
How To Make pork and asparagus stir fry

1Place the peanut oil in wok or skillet over med. high heat. Once hot add the asparagus and stir until browned a bit. Remove the asparagus to a plate.

2Add the pork to the same pan and cook breaking it up. add the garlic, ginger, white and pale green parts of the scallions. Cook until pork is no longer pink.

3Add the wine, brown sugar, and soy sauce then return the asparagus to the pan. Cook until heated through and the liquid reduced a bit. About 5 minutes. Stir in the sesame oil and dark green parts of the scallions. Serve
