This was given to me by my husbands cousin. She makes it with tomato soup, but my husband likes 2 jars of beef gravy poured over before baking instead of the tomato soup.

Ingredients For porcupine balls

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 lbground pork
-
1small onion, chopped fine
-
1/2 cuncooked rice
-
1/2 cplain bread crumbs

1egg
-
1 cantomato soup diluted with 1 can water(or 2 jars of beef gravy depending on your preference)

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make porcupine balls

1Mix beef, pork, onion, rice, bread crumbs, egg and seasoning.

2Shape into golf ball sized balls. Place in baking dish. Cover with diluted soup (or beef gravy).

3Bake 375 for about 1 hour.
