1 tspsesame seeds

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2 tspfresh ginger grated

1 pkgseasoning mix from ramen packages

1 lgegg
-
1/2 cpanko breadcrumbs
- RAMEN

2 pkgramen noodles

3 cchicken stock

1 pkgramen noodle seasoning

1 smcarrot sliced into matchsticks

4scallions white & green parts separated and chopped

4 Tbsphoisin sauce

black sesame seeds for garnish
How To Make poached pork meatball ramen bowl

1Mix the ground pork sesame seeds,soy sauce, garlic, ginger and 1 packet of seasoning sauce from the ramen. Add the egg and panko. Shape into 20 meatballs and set aside.

2Add the chicken stock to a pot. Add the other packet of ramen noodle seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add the pork meatballs 10 at a time. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Add the carrot, and white parts of the scallion. Bring to a boil and add the two packages of Ramen noodles. Cook until noodles are done.

3Add the meatballs back to the pot. Add the green part of the scallion. Serve drizzled with Hoisin and black sesame seeds
