Ingredients For pineapple upside- down ham loaf

3 Tbspbutter

1/3 cpacked light brown sugar

canned pineapple slices
-
stemless maraschino cherries (optional)

1 lb(4 cups) ground cooked ham

2/3 lbfreshly ground raw pork
-
2 cbread crumbs
-
2 lgeggs,beaten
-
1 cmilk
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspdry mustard
How To Make pineapple upside- down ham loaf

1Melt butter with brown sugar and place in bottom of 8"x8"x2" pan.

2Place layer of pineapple slices (with a stemless cherry in the middle of each if desired)on top of sugar mixture.

3Mix together remaining ingredients,and spread evenly on top of fruit.

4Bake at 350 for 1&1/2 hours. Turn out onto a platter and cut into squares.
