Ingredients For pineapple sauced pork chops.

4boneless pork chops, 3/4"-thick

1 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspcanola oil

1onion, chopped

110-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cwater
-
18 oz can pineapple chunks w/ juice

3 Tbsplite soy sauce
-
1 Tbsphoney
-
2 chot cooked rice
-
sliced scallions for garnish
How To Make pineapple sauced pork chops.

1Season chops w/ garlic powder. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.

2Add onion, soup, water, pineapples w/ juice, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 min, or until pork is no longer pink inside.

3Serve pork chops over rice. Sprinkle w/ scallions.
