    boneless pork chops, 3/4"-thick
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1
    8 oz can pineapple chunks w/ juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    lite soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 c
    hot cooked rice
  • sliced scallions for garnish

How To Make pineapple sauced pork chops.

    Season chops w/ garlic powder. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.

    Add onion, soup, water, pineapples w/ juice, soy sauce and honey. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook 10 min, or until pork is no longer pink inside.

    Serve pork chops over rice. Sprinkle w/ scallions.
