pineapple marinated grilled pork chops
This is one of my favorite ways to do pork chops in the summer! Simple meal that takes no time at all to cook!

Ingredients For pineapple marinated grilled pork chops

1 cpineapple juice

2-3 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspminced fresh gingerroot

1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/4 ccanola oil
-
1 tspdry mustard

8(1/2-inch) boneless pork loin chops

vegetable cooking spray
How To Make pineapple marinated grilled pork chops

1Place pork in a gallon size zip lock bag or shallow dish with a lid that seals air tight.

2Mix together remaining ingredients except cooking spray and pour over pork. Seal bag/container. Turn to fully coat chops in marinade.

3Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.

4Coat grill rack with cooking spray, remove tenderloins from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill over medium coals about 7 minutes per side until done.
