4center cut pork chops,trimmed

1 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspcoconut oil

14 ozcan coconut milk

8 ozcan pineapple tidbits, drained

3 Tbspchopped parsley
How To Make pina colada pork chops

1In your cast iron or electric fry pan, sear the pork chops in the coconut oil for about 2 minutes on each side. Add soy sauce and coconut milk to the pan; bring to a boil then turn heat to medium and simmer, for 3 minutes until just done.

2Stir in pineapple tidbits and continue to simmer until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes. Remove pork chops from pan and pour sauce over pork. Sprinkle with parsley.
