Due to recently catching large numbers of smaller pigs came up with this, works well for game meat. WARNING dont use unweaned pigs they taste of rank milk.

Ingredients For piglet in the bag

  • half a small pig
  • 1/2 can
    pineapple pieces including juice
  • 1 c
    fresh cherry tomatoes
  • pinch
    salt n pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    plum sauce
  • 1
    oven bag
  • pinch
    curry powder

How To Make piglet in the bag

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in oven bag, prick holes according to manufactures instructions. Pork does not need to be defrosted, if frozen cook extra couple hours on low. Will work for larger roast provided fits in bag.

    Bake 120c for 3 hours, increase to 180c for final hour or so, add veges etc to pan at this time if required.
