I love simple anymore. This is simple, quick, moist, and delicious. Although I've never tried it......I'm guessing that these could be pan-fried or grilled too. These chops can also be seasoned and frozen before cooking for a simple grab-and-go week night dinner.

Ingredients For peppered pork chops

  • 1/3 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 c
    breadcrumbs (plain or italian)
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    onion powder
  • 4 lg
    pork chops

How To Make peppered pork chops

  • 1
    Melt butter with garlic.
  • 2
    Mix other ingredients (except pork chops) together in shallow dish.

    Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.

    If freezing: Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag. Thaw before cooking.

    Preparation: Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
