peppered pork chops
I love simple anymore. This is simple, quick, moist, and delicious. Although I've never tried it......I'm guessing that these could be pan-fried or grilled too. These chops can also be seasoned and frozen before cooking for a simple grab-and-go week night dinner.

Ingredients For peppered pork chops

1/3 cunsalted butter, melted

1 tspfresh garlic, minced

1 cbreadcrumbs (plain or italian)

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspground red pepper (cayenne)

1/4 tspground black pepper

1/4 tsponion powder
-
4 lgpork chops
How To Make peppered pork chops

1Melt butter with garlic.

2Mix other ingredients (except pork chops) together in shallow dish.

3Dip chops in the butter-garlic mix and coat with bread crumb mixture.

4If freezing: Flash freeze until hard then store in air tight container/zip lock bag. Thaw before cooking.

5Preparation: Bake in 375F oven for 20-30 minutes until done.
