Ingredients For parmesan pork medallions

  • 1/2 lb
    pork tederloin
  • 2 Tbsp
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated pamesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 tsp
    olive oil or camola oil
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onions
  • 1
    garlic clove minced

How To Make parmesan pork medallions

  • 1
    cut pork into slices, flatten to 1/4" thickness.
  • 2
    in a large plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. add pork one slice at a time and coat by shaking the bag.

    in a large skilet over meduim heat , cook pork in oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides or until meat is no longer pink, remove from pan and keep warm.

    add the onions to the pan, cook and stir until tender, add garlic and cook one minute more, place pork chops back in the pan and heat 2 minutes and serve.
