Ingredients For parmesan pork medallions

1/2 lbpork tederloin

2 Tbspseasoned bread crumbs

1 Tbspgrated pamesan cheese

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
2 tspolive oil or camola oil

1/4 cchopped onions

1garlic clove minced
How To Make parmesan pork medallions

1cut pork into slices, flatten to 1/4" thickness.

2in a large plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. add pork one slice at a time and coat by shaking the bag.

3in a large skilet over meduim heat , cook pork in oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides or until meat is no longer pink, remove from pan and keep warm.

4add the onions to the pan, cook and stir until tender, add garlic and cook one minute more, place pork chops back in the pan and heat 2 minutes and serve.
