A simple and delicious way to prepare pork chops. Makes a great meal with some mashed potatoes and vegetable.

6-8thin cut pork chops, bone in

1 cflour

1 tspblack pepper

1 tspseasoned salt

1/2 tsppaprika

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/4 coil

1 Tbspbutter
How To Make pan fried pork chops

1Rinse chops and pat dry with a paper towel.

2Combine all your dry ingredients and mix together. Set aside.

3In a fry pan, heat oil on a medium-high heat. Then add in your butter.

4Once butter is melted, dredge your chops in the flour mixture (tapping off any excess). Place into your hot pan, and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side depending on the thickness of the pork. Once juices are no longer pink & are clear, they are ready. You should be able to cook 3 chops at a time in your pan.
