8 ozfresh chinese egg noodles

3 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsprice wine

1 tspsesame oil

2 tspcornstarch

8 ozground pork

1 Tbsppeanut oil

4scallions sliced on a diagonal

6 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspchopped red chilies

3 Tbspoyster sauce

1/4 csugar

fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make oyster sauce, garlic, chinese egg noodles w pork

1Cook the fresh Chinese noodles in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

2Mix the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil and cornstarch together and mix so there are no lumps. Add the ground pork and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

3In a large skillet or wok add the peanut oil. When it starts smoking add the pork and cook until no longer pink. Add the oyster sauce, garlic, scallions, and red chilies. Stir fry one minutes. Add the noodles and sprinkle the sugar over top and mix until the noodles are warmed through. Place in a bowl and garnish with cilantro
