Ingredients For overnight bacon casserole

  • 1 lb
    bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 8 slice
    whole wheat bread
  • 6
    eggs beat until foamy
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard

How To Make overnight bacon casserole

    Fry bacon and drain. Remove crusts from bread and cube. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and mustard. Mix well then add bacon and bread. Spoon into 8 inch square dish and refridgerate overnite.

    Next day let stand at room temp. for 15 minutes. Then bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
