Ingredients For overnight bacon casserole

1 lbbacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces

8 slicewhole wheat bread

6eggs beat until foamy

1 1/2 cmilk

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tspdry mustard
How To Make overnight bacon casserole

1Fry bacon and drain. Remove crusts from bread and cube. Mix eggs, milk, cheese, and mustard. Mix well then add bacon and bread. Spoon into 8 inch square dish and refridgerate overnite.

2Next day let stand at room temp. for 15 minutes. Then bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
