4 lbpork (butt, shoulder)

3 Tbspliquid smoke flavoring

2/ 1/2 Tbsphawaiian salt or sea salt

2 clovegarlic, crushed
How To Make oven kalua pig

1Mix liquid smoke, salt and garlic in a bowl. Rub over pork and marinate overnight. Bake pork in a covered baking dish at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Shred pork. Serve with white rice. If you have banana leaves, cover the pork butt with them, cover and bake as directed.
