Ingredients For oven-juicy pork chops

  • 4
    pork rib chops 3/4"-thick, trimmed of fat
  • 1/4 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 3 tsp
    vegetable or canola oil
  • 1
    onion, diced
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/3 c
    orange juice
  • 1/2 c
    honey bbq sauce

How To Make oven-juicy pork chops

    Heat 2 tsp oil in lg skillet, over high heat. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Add chops to skillet, brown on both sides.

    Transfer to a baking pan. Heat oven to 400. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add onion, cook until softened. Stir in garlic, cook 30 seconds, stirring.

    Add orange juice to skillet. Cook until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir in bbq sauce. Pour sauce over chops and bake for 10 mins.
