Ingredients For oven-juicy pork chops

4pork rib chops 3/4"-thick, trimmed of fat

1/4 tspeach salt and pepper

3 tspvegetable or canola oil

1onion, diced

1 tspminced garlic

1/3 corange juice

1/2 choney bbq sauce
How To Make oven-juicy pork chops

1Heat 2 tsp oil in lg skillet, over high heat. Sprinkle chops w/ salt and pepper. Add chops to skillet, brown on both sides.

2Transfer to a baking pan. Heat oven to 400. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add onion, cook until softened. Stir in garlic, cook 30 seconds, stirring.

3Add orange juice to skillet. Cook until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir in bbq sauce. Pour sauce over chops and bake for 10 mins.
