    1/2-inch pork chops
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper and 1/8 t. ground red pepper
  • 1
    sleeve saltine crackers
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • pam cooking spray

How To Make oven fried pork chops

  • 1
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Place cracker crumbs in shallow dish. Dip chops in egg and dredge in cracker crumbs. Place on lightly greased rack on a baking sheet. Spray chops evenly with cooking spray. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes oe until done. Makes 4 servings.
