This is the way that my mother always cooked bacon when I was growing up. I guess she did it because she had so many mouths to feed. I do it because I don't have to stand over a skillet frying it.

How To Make oven fried bacon

    Lay bacon flat on a foil lined baking sheet with sides. Place bacon in a cold oven set at 375 degrees. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes.

    Remove bacon from oven and place on paper towels. I like my bacon super crispy so I leave my bacon in until it is very brown.
