oven baked pork chops

This is dedicated to my parents. Mama likes the ease of cooking it and Daddy loves it served with rice. The dish makes its own delicious gravy. I came up with this dish too many years ago to mention... lol.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Easy and flavorful, these oven baked pork chops are going to become a family favorite. Quick to prepare, they're fork-tender and super juicy. We love how the mushroom gravy complements the savory flavor of the pork chops. A great addition to your weeknight menu.
