Ingredients For oven baked pork chops and hashbrowns

6pork chops

1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1/2 cmilk
-
1/2 csour cream, fat-free
-
1 ccheddar cheese, grated
-
1 candurkee or frences fried onion
-
24 ozpackage hashbrowns, cubed, thawed

seasoned salt to taste

pepper to taste
How To Make oven baked pork chops and hashbrowns

1Brown chops; season to taste. Combine soup, milk, sour cream and 1/2 teaspoon season salt. 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add hashrowns. Spoon into 9X13 pan. Sprinkle on half the cheese and onions. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.
