Ingredients For oriental stir fry pork

  • 2 lb
    pork cubed steak, or boneless chops, cut bite size pieces
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2
    each green, red, bell pepper
  • 1 pkg
    asian stir fry vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 pkg
    broccoli cuts, thawed
  • 1 tsp
    each, minced garlic, mrs dash, seasoning salt and pepper
  • 1/4 c
    low sodium or regular soy sauce
  • 1/2 pkg
    ramean noodles, cooked and set aside, drained
  • 2 Tbsp
    extra vigin olive oil

How To Make oriental stir fry pork

  • 1
    in large skillet or wok, place olive oil, garlic, peppers and onions. saute 5 minutes on medium high
  • 2
    add meat, stirring occassionally to brown. when meat is brown add vegetables. cook over medium heat until almost tender. add spices and soy sauce.

    when vegetables are done the consistency you like, add the ramean noodles. toss and heat thru.

    serve over hot steamed rice. garnish with additional soy sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
