Ingredients For neapolitan pork chops and spaghetti

1-28 ozcan italian tomatoes

1- 6 ozcan tomato paste

2 clovegarlic minced
-
2 tspkosher salt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried
-
1/2 tspsweet basil dried

1/4 tspsage, dried
-
1bay leaf
-
2 cwater
-
4lean pork chops, about 11/2 lb.

8 ozfine spaghetti
How To Make neapolitan pork chops and spaghetti

1Put first 10 ingredients into a large saucepan.

2Bring to a boil and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour stirring occasionally.

3Trim meat from chops, leaving it in large pieces. Brown on all sides in a skillet.

4Add meat and drippings to sauce and simmer for 1 hour longer.

5Cook and drain spaghetti. Put on hot platter and cover with pork and sauce.

6Makes 4 Servings
