Ingredients For nana ann's veggie & ham casserole

  • 1 can
    green beans
  • 1 can
    hominy
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 lb
    ham
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg
    Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make nana ann's veggie & ham casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer green beans, hominy, chopped onion,& ham.

    Mix together sour cream & cream of celery soup. Spread on top of of casserole.

    Crush Ritz crackers & sprinkle on top.

    Place squares of butter on top of crushed Ritz crackers.
  • 6
    Bake in oven at 350 degrees until gold & bubbly on top.
