1 lbground pork

1 smonion finely chopped

2 Tbspeach brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and soy sauce

8old el paso mini taco bowls

1 cshredded cabbage

1/2 cshredded carrots

3green onions thinly sliced

fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make moo shu pork bowls

1Place the oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, ginger and pork and cook until pork is cooked through. Add the brown sugar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and chile garlic sauce.

2Heat the bowls in microwave then divide the cabbage, and carrots between the bowls. Top with pork mixture. Then add the green onions and cilantro. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice
