Ingredients For mom's pork stew

4 to 6 ccooked pork from roast (more if you like)

broth from pork roast

4 lgpotatoes, peeled and cubed

4 mdcarrots, chopped

1 lgonions, chopped

1bay leaf

1 tspparsely
-
1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder

4 cwater
-
1 mdhead of cabbage ; cut into wedges

1 pkgpork gravy mix ; optional
How To Make mom's pork stew

1Add all ingredients in a dutch oven ; EXCEPT CABBAGE.

2Bring to a boil on stove.

3Cover and reduce heat to med-high ; until vegetables are tender.

4In the last 20 minutes of cooking add the cabbage wedges to the stew ; cook until cabbage is tender.
