My mom made this casserole for me when I was growing up and it's been one of my breakfast favorites! She also took it to church breakfasts and it was always a hit!! The leftovers are also great warmed up in a tortilla for breakfast the next morning!

1/2 lbbulk italian breakfast sausage

6 ozshredded cheese, colby jack

1/4 tspgarlic pepper

How To Make mom's breakfast casserole

1Mix all ingredients together and let set 6 hours to overnight in fridge. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes. Serve with your favorite salsa
