Ingredients For mom's baked ham and pineapple gravy

    fully cooked ham
  • 1 lg
    can round pineapple
  • 1 sm
    jar marachino cherries drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cloves
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1
    6 oz can pineapple juice
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 2 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make mom's baked ham and pineapple gravy

    Place ham in roasting pan on a rack. Take the round pineapple and drain reserving the juice and with toothpicks place them on the ham. In the middle of the pineapple rounds place a marachino cherry.

    Place butter, reserved pineapple juice, the canned pineapple juice, wine, brown sugar and 2 cups water in roaster. Roast at 350 degrees until the internal temp of ham is 140 degrees.

    Place the pan drippings in a saucepan. bring to a boil. Mix the flour and water together and whisk into the gravy until thickened
