1fully cooked ham

1 lgcan round pineapple

1 smjar marachino cherries drained

1 Tbspground cloves

1 cbrown sugar

1/4 cbutter

16 oz can pineapple juice

1 cwhite wine

2 cwater
-
1/4 cflour
-
1/2 cwater
How To Make mom's baked ham and pineapple gravy

1Place ham in roasting pan on a rack. Take the round pineapple and drain reserving the juice and with toothpicks place them on the ham. In the middle of the pineapple rounds place a marachino cherry.

2Place butter, reserved pineapple juice, the canned pineapple juice, wine, brown sugar and 2 cups water in roaster. Roast at 350 degrees until the internal temp of ham is 140 degrees.

3Place the pan drippings in a saucepan. bring to a boil. Mix the flour and water together and whisk into the gravy until thickened
