2 lcola
- RUB

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1/4 tspgarlic salt

1/4 tspdried oregano

1/4 tsponion powder

1/8 tspcayenne pepper
- MOLASSES GLAZE

1/4 cketchup

1/4 choney

1/4 cmolasses

1 Tbspprepared mustard

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

How To Make molasses-glazed baby back ribs

1Place ribs in large resealable plastic bags; add cola. Seal bags and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain and discard cola. Pat ribs dry with paper towels.

2Combine the seasonings for rub; rub over ribs. Prepare grill for indirect heat. Grill, covered, over indirect medium heat for 1 hour, or until tender, turning occasionally.

3In small sauce pan, prepare glaze (barbecue sauce). Heat to simmer. Brush over ribs; grill, covered, over medium heat for about 10-20 minutes longer or until browned, turning and basting occasionally.
