This is so good & so easy I sometimes have it several times a month.Its one of the few ways I can get my man to eat rice.Even tastes good cold!

Ingredients For mexican pork chops

6pork chops

1 cuncooked rice
-
2 cwarm water
-
1 cantomato sauce
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

3/4 ccheddar cheese or montreay jack,shredded

satl and pepper
How To Make mexican pork chops

1Rub chops with salt and pepper. Brown in a little oil.

2Place in a baking dish,9x13in.so they do not overlap(much).Sprinkle all the rice over chops.

3In a seperate bowl, mix warm water and taco seasoning til dissolved.Add tomato sauce and mix well.Pour over rice and chops.

4Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350*deg. for 1 hour. Remove from oven and take foil off. Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven until cheese is brown and bubbly.
