When I was newly married my husband had introduced me to an amazing cook, she was from Mexico and taught me to make these. At first, I wasn't so sure about trying these, but am I glad I did and you will too. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For mexi dogs

8-10red casing hot dogs
-
1 lgtomato, diced
-
1/2 smwhite onions, diced
-
1 bunchcilantro, fresh
-
1 baghot dog buns
-
ketchup
-
frying oil
How To Make mexi dogs

1In a large skillet, heat oil to medium, add hot dogs and cook until dark brown almost black.

2While dogs are browning, dice onions and tomato. Wash and dry your cilantro. Set aside.

3Place the hot dog in the bun. Add ketchup first then layer tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Enjoy!! These are my kid's favorite way to eat hot dogs :)!!
