barbecue sauce

greenpepper

ketchup

How To Make meatloaf lovers

groundbeef,veal,pork in a large bowl add salt,pepper and garlic and oats,green pepper,onions,and barbecue sauce and two eggs and then mixed well with your hands and then put it in a loaf pan or shape it in a loaf on a cookie sheet spread ketchup all over the top

pre heat oven to 35o deg for about 1 1/2
