Ingredients For meatloaf

2 1/3 ccoarsely crushed soda crackers (1 1/2 tubes from package)

2 lblean ground beef
-
1/2 lbbreakfast sausage

1 lgegg
-
2 mdonions
-
3/4 cketchup + 1/4 for the top

1/3 cworcestershire sauce

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
How To Make meatloaf

1Preheat oven to 325. In a heavy duty plastic storage bag place crackers. Seal and use a rolling pin to crush but not make them powdery. Chop onions in food processor until finely minced.

2In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except the 1/4 c ketchup for the top. Mix thoroughly. Put mixture into 13 X 9 pan. Do not pack the meat too tightly. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

3After 45 minutes remove foil, spread top with 1/4 c. ketchup bake uncovered for 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. This is better the next day.
