4pork loin chops, 3/4" thick

1/2 tsplime juice

- SALSA INGREDIENTS

pinchsalt

1garlic clove, crushed

1/2 tspchili powder

1 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspoil

1jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
How To Make marinated pork chops with cilantro salsa

1Trim fat from pork chops; place pork in glass or plastic dish.

2Mix oil, lime juice, chili powder and garlic; rub into both sides of pork, using back of spoon.

3Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours.

4Prepare Cilantro - Mint Salsa - See recipe below.

5CILANTRO - MINT SALSA: Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl; cover and let stand at least 1 hour before serving.

6Grill over medium coals for 20-25 minutes, or until done.
