Ingredients For marinated boneless pork chops

  • 6 boneless pork chops (about one inch thickness)
  • for the marinade:
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. lime juice

How To Make marinated boneless pork chops

    Place all of the ingredients for the marinade in a small bowl and mix. Place the pork chops in a container; add the marinade and make sure each pork chop in covered with the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to over night. Heat a large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the pork chops; do not over crowd the pan. Cook the pork chops about 4 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Do not overcook ….the pork will be very dry.
