I have bgeen making this for years now. I even bast potatoes with the butter too.

Ingredients For margarita kabobs

  • 1 lb
    beef or pork cut to 1 inch cube
  • 1 c
    margarita mix
  • 1 tsp
    ground coriander
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 2 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 t tsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1 lg
    green or red bell pepper
  • 2 md
    ears of corn

How To Make margarita kabobs

  • 1
    Combine margarita mix, coriander, and garlic. Place in heavy large plastic bag with meat.

    marinade 1 hour or longer
  • 3
    blend butter, lime juice,sugar,and parsley together and set aside.

    thread meat corn and peppers on skewers and grill over hot coals basting with the butter mixture 10 to 12 minutes turning frequently. DO NOT OVERCOOK
