This recipe is another most requested of my family and friends. I have taken these to potlucks, and are always loved. I usually triple the batch when making them.

Ingredients For manicotti

14uncooked manicotti shells

1 lbbulk italian sausage
-
3/4 lbground beef
-
2 clovegarlic, minced

2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

1 - 3 ozpackage cream cheese, cubed

1/4 tspsalt
-
4 cspaghetti sauce, divided
-
1/4 cparmesan cheese
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
How To Make manicotti

1Cook manicotti shells according to package. In a large skillet, cook sausage and beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Cool for 10 minutes.

2Drain shells and rinse with cold water. Stir mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, italian seasoning and salt into meat mixture. Spread 2 cups spaghetti sauce in a greased 13 x 9 in. baking dish.

3Stuff each shell with about 1/4 cup meat mixture; arrange over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

4Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minute. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until bubbly and heated through.
