Ingredients For mandarin pork roast

1pork loin, boneless

1/2 cwater
-
1 Tbspsoy sauce
-
1/4 cvinegar
-
11 ozmandarin oranges
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsalt
-
1onion, chopped
-
2 Tbspcornstarch
-
1chicken bouillon cube
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, light

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/3 cgreen bell pepper, chopped
How To Make mandarin pork roast

1Trim excess fat from roast; sprinkle roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Spread mustard over roast; place in a large dutch oven.

3Cover and bake at 325 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170 degrees.

4Drain mandarin oranges, reserving liquid; set oranges aside.

5Combine liquid and remaining ingredients except onion and green pepper; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

6Remove from heat; stir in oranges, onion and green pepper.

7Spoon sauce over roast.

8Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, basting occasionally.

9Slice pork and serve with warm pan drippings.
