I decided to try something different than the usual fried pork chops one night. My husband & kids loved this. I tried the same thing with chicken and didn't get the same raves.

Ingredients For madeline's stuffed pork chops

1 cdiced sweet onion

1diced green pepper
-
1 Tbspbutter or margarine

1 pkgfresh spinach

6boneless pork chops, pounded thin

1 pkgfeta, (can be bought pre-crumbled)

1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1/2 csour cream
-
1/2 cmilk
How To Make madeline's stuffed pork chops

1Saute onion, green pepper in butter, when done, add fresh spinach.

2Flatten chops. Mix soup with sour cream & milk. Fold over chops and secure with toothpicks.

3Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place stuffed chops in pan, cover with soup mixture.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
