This was one of my favorite comfort foods my mom made for me when I was a kid. I think it's better than chicken soup! :)

Ingredients For macaroni soup

  • 1-2 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 pkg
    elbow macaroni
  • 1
    onion, cut in small cubes
  • 4-5
    garlic cloves, crushed & sauteed
  • 1 can
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper

How To Make macaroni soup

  • 1
    Boil noodles in broth. Add ground pork, sautee garlic till brown & add onion to mixture. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add seasonings to taste. Pour pork into noodle bowl & stir accordingly until pork is cooked. Serve.
