1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 tsplemon juice

1 tspdijon-style mustard

4boneless pork loin chops, 1

1 Tbspbutter

1 Tbspfresh chives, snipped

1 tsplemon-pepper seasoning
How To Make low-cal pork diane

1In small bowl, whisk together water, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard. Set aside sauce. Trim any fat from chops. Sprinkle both sides of chops w/ lemon-pepper seasoning.

2Melt butter in lg skillet, over medium heat. Add chops and cook, turning once for about 12 mins each side, or until browned. Remove chops to a platter.

3Pour reserved sauce into skillet, scraping up any brown bits. Pour sauce over chops. Sprinkle chops w/ chives.
