Ingredients For lemonade pork chops

  • 3/4 c
    lemonade, frozen concentrate
  • 1/4 c
    catsup
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    white vinegar white balsamic
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    each-ground ginger, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, basil, salt and pepper
  • 4 lg
    pork chops
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    oil

How To Make lemonade pork chops

    In a mixing bowl, combine lemonade, catsup, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and seasonings.

    Dredge the chops in the flour. Heat the oil in a skillet and brown both sides.

    Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chops and bake, covered for 1 hour @ 375 degrees.
