I was learning, heck I am still Learning so I will say I was Beginning to run my own home serve every day meals as well as holiday meals. I cooked such a big ham that first year for just 2 of us I was ever so grateful to the Inquire for running a week of left over ham ideas and recipes. Over the years a few ingredients have changed to suit our taste but basically this recipe has stayed the same and is a favorite in my house hold. Occasionally we get a ham just to have left overs.

3place the ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and avocados in a bowl drizzle with half the dressing

5We enjoy this dish with a crispy garlic bread and a bowl of piping hot soup.

6As you will notice from my pictures I put my salad together in one bowl jumping over a few steps and serving family style. It comes out just as tasty either way. I follow each step if I am serving to guest at a dinner party it makes it feel more formal.
