    lean center cut pork chops, about 1/2"-thick
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1 c
    fat-free milk
  • 3/4 c
    cornflake crumbs
  • 1/4 c
    plain bread crumbs
  • 4 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 3 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make lean baked pork chops

    Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In a bowl, beat egg white w/ milk. Place chops in milk mix, turning once.

    In shallow bowl mix together cornflake crumbs, bread crumbs, spices and salt. Remove chops from milk. Coat thoroughly w/ crumb mix. Place chops in pan. Bake 20 mins. Turn chops over and bake additional 15 mins.
