I have made my meatloaf the same way for over 40 years.I thought I would mix it up a little this time & we love it even better.

Ingredients For larapin' meatloaf
-
1 lbdeerburger or hamburger
-
1 lbbulk italian sausage
-
1/2onion, chopped
-
1/2bellpepper, chopped
-
2eggs
-
1 cfiber one cereal, coarsely chopped in food processor (measure before chopping)
-
1 cstewed tomatoes
-
montreal steak seasoning on top
- SAUCE:
-
1 cketchup
-
1 Tbspprepared mustard
-
4 dashworcestershire sauce
-
1/2 cbrown sugar, packed
How To Make larapin' meatloaf

1Mix all ingredients together in large casserole dish or loaf pan.

2Pat to form in the pan.

3Sprinkle generously with Montreal Steak Seasoning.

4Bake, uncovered, in 400° oven for about 40 minutes or until internal temperature is around 170°

5Mix up the sauce & pour over meatloaf evenly.

6Return to oven & bake another 25 minutes until it thickens.

7Remove from oven & let rest for about 10 minutes to firm up.

8Serve with any type of potatoes,& a fresh veggie
