Ingredients For kielbasa biscuit pizza

  • 2 can
    refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 1/2 c
    garden style spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb
    fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage, cubed
  • 1 c
    mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sweet red pepper chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make kielbasa biscuit pizza

    Separate biscuits; cut each biscuit into forths. Arrange in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish (do not flatten). Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes or until biscuits begin to brown.

    Spread spaghetti sauce over biscuit crust. Sprinkle with sausage, mushrooms, peppers and cheeses. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
