This recipe is very easy to throw together. It is extremely versatile. I think next time I make it, I will add some mushrooms, fresh garlic, and fresh green beans. This recipe was made for a large family so you can easily cut it down if you need to, however, the leftovers are AMAZING!

This kielbasa and potato bake is a hearty sheet pan meal. It's filled with Kielbasa sausage, potatoes, onions, and bell pepper. Perfectly seasoned, we love the smoky paprika flavor. An easy and uncomplicated dinner to throw together. The recipe does feed a decent-sized family and can easily be halved.

Ingredients For kielbasa and potato bake

  • 8 - 10 lg
    red potatoes, chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lg
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 3 Tbsp
    sea salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted (1/2 cup oil if preferred)

How To Make kielbasa and potato bake

  • Place potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt into a roasting pan.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt into a roasting pan.
  • Pour melted butter on top and stir well.
