This recipe is very easy to throw together. It is extremely versatile. I think next time I make it, I will add some mushrooms, fresh garlic, and fresh green beans. This recipe was made for a large family so you can easily cut it down if you need to, however, the leftovers are AMAZING!

Ingredients For kielbasa and potato bake

  • 8 - 10 lg
    red potatoes, chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 lg
    onion, chopped
  • 1 lg
    yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 3 Tbsp
    sea salt
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted (1/2 cup oil if preferred)
  • 42 oz
    Kielbasa

How To Make kielbasa and potato bake

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place potatoes, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt into a roasting pan.

    Pour melted butter on top and stir well. Make sure that the spices are sticking to the veggies.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Take out of the oven and stir well. Top with the kielbasa and put it back into the oven for 20 minutes.

    Take out of the oven. Stir the veggies and kielbasa well. Put back in the oven for 20 minutes more. Remove the pan from the oven and serve.
